Choose your track and build innovative solutions to real-world problems
Build an AI system that generates personalized travel itineraries based on user preferences and constraints.
Create an AI model to predict early health risks using patient data and reports.
Develop an AI-based solution for real-time fraud detection in financial transactions.
Develop a system to improve traffic management or supply chain visibility using data analytics.
Build an AI-powered platform for personalized learning paths.
Build an AI application using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for domain-specific question answering.

This is a team event consisting of 1-4 participants per team.
Duration of hackathon will be 24 hours.
Participants must bring their own laptops and charging equipment.
Use of external code or plagiarized material leads to disqualification.
Internet access will be provided; however personal hotspots are recommended.
Each team will be assigned a workspace and must remain in that zone throughout the event.
Participants must wear their ID cards throughout the event duration.
Participants must submit a working demo + source code at the end.
AI Judge (technical accuracy), Business Judge (feasibility & impact), General Judge (innovation & presentation).
Any technical misconduct, harassment, or violation of event policies will result in immediate disqualification.

Key dates and milestones for KJU Hackathon
Team registrations begin. Form your team and secure your spot!

On-site registration and opening ceremony at 7:00 AM.
Teams must submit a solution idea PPT outlining the problem statement, proposed solution, innovation, feasibility, and high-level architecture. Shortlisting will be based on innovation, feasibility, and relevance to the chosen track.
04:00 PM IST → 06:00 PM IST
Shortlisted teams must present their development progress, technical approach, implementation strategy, and initial working components to the judges. Feedback will be provided for final refinement.
12:00 AM IST → 08:00 AM IST
Teams must submit their final pitch PPT and GitHub repository link. Code freeze will be enforced, and no changes are allowed after submission.
09:00 AM IST → 01:30 PM IST
Finalist teams will present their complete solution with a live demo before the judging panel. Evaluation will be based on innovation, technical implementation, functionality, scalability, and presentation.
