KJU-HACK is a 24-hour hackathon designed to encourage innovation, problem-solving, and practical application of technology. Participants will collaborate in teams to build impactful solutions across multiple domains using AI and modern technologies.

HACKATHON GUIDELINES
Please read and follow these guidelines carefully
Team Size
This is a team event consisting of 1-4 participants per team.
Duration
Duration of hackathon will be 24 hours.
Equipment
Participants must bring their own laptops and charging equipment.
Original Work
Use of external code or plagiarized material leads to disqualification.
Internet Access
Internet access will be provided; however personal hotspots are recommended.
Workspace
Each team will be assigned a workspace and must remain in that zone throughout the event.
ID Cards
Participants must wear their ID cards throughout the event duration.
Submission
Participants must submit a working demo + source code at the end.
Judging Panel
AI Judge (technical accuracy), Business Judge (feasibility & impact), General Judge (innovation & presentation).
Code of Conduct
Any technical misconduct, harassment, or violation of event policies will result in immediate disqualification.

Registrations Open
Team registrations begin. Form your team and secure your spot!

Check-in & Opening
On-site registration and opening ceremony at 7:00 AM.
Idea Screening & Proposal Submission
Teams must submit a solution idea PPT outlining the problem statement, proposed solution, innovation, feasibility, and high-level architecture. Shortlisting will be based on innovation, feasibility, and relevance to the chosen track.
Submission Window
04:00 PM IST → 06:00 PM IST
Progress Checkpoint & Mid Evaluation
Shortlisted teams must present their development progress, technical approach, implementation strategy, and initial working components to the judges. Feedback will be provided for final refinement.
Checkpoint Window
12:00 AM IST → 08:00 AM IST
Final Submission & Code Freeze
Teams must submit their final pitch PPT and GitHub repository link. Code freeze will be enforced, and no changes are allowed after submission.
Final Evaluation
09:00 AM IST → 01:30 PM IST
Final Judging & Live Demo
Finalist teams will present their complete solution with a live demo before the judging panel. Evaluation will be based on innovation, technical implementation, functionality, scalability, and presentation.
